I love how $12/month is somehow "raking customers over the coals"
Well, when the price increases by ~75% and the value does not increase by ~75%, this sentiment isn't exactly surprising.
Maybe the question should be why the service was only just worth it at 75% down then
We aren't. That's what we said- the value proposition isn't there
