One oddsmaker told me today he's been taking "non-stop bets on Jordan Poole" as NBA scoring leader.

At @DKSportsbook, Poole has the most bets (20%) to lead the league in scoring

I've always wanted to do this but the profits are never worth it. It'd be fun to be able to for hyper-specific stuff.
