One oddsmaker told me today he's been taking "non-stop bets on Jordan Poole" as NBA scoring leader.

At @DKSportsbook, Poole has the most bets (20%) to lead the league in scoring

First, you’d have to build some sort of sports betting trade market.

Doesn't need to build, it exists. Betfair is the best known one.
