I just don't believe something that does not exist can get hurt.
No one can steal your soul. Because souls do not exist.
How can I say this, the soul is a simple concept for describing a person and his personality, values and emotions, I don't know exactly... But there is most likely no such soul as in religion.
So they are replacing not exactly the soul but the person, making him and his dreams unnecessary garbage.
I don't see how that would happen.
I've pirated lots of movies I don't think actors personalities, values and emotions got destroyed by that. That would be some black magic shenanigans.
As said, plagiarism have existed forever, people's emotions haven't been altered by someone else plagiarizing or straight up copying their craft.
That's Nintendo levels of dramatism when they discovered that someone made a switch emulator.
Come on, I'm too lazy to explain, I think it's better for you to figure out what's going on yourself, it irritates me to explain every time that not everything is so simple, and besides, it's not a fact that you will care about my answer.
But still, you are right in some ways, but reality is usually not as simple as we would like it to be.
