So she got the finger reattached backwards, that's a normal procedure that allows the doctors to reattach a lost finger... After the finger is found and cleaned. In this case they saved her thumb as her pointing finger and became the guy was drunk, they swed it backwards. But it works great for things like taking photos while having a backwards finger on your hand. Come to think of it it could be the tip of a penis that she's trying to save for someone else!
