Definitely similar but the integrated bracelet says it’s not this. My best guess is it’s a citizen promaster of some sort

I'm certain that is a TAG Aquaracer. The pic is blurry, but the bracelet is not integrated.

The center link connects directly into the lugs and the first row of links drops straight down from the case. It’s an integrated bracelet.
