Nike is an NBA branding terrorist.
They really just need to take a damn break. They have a catalog of decent jerseys for every team now. They should solidify a lineup of great jerseys for each team and leave them the hell alone. New designs every season is getting tired.
There's only so much "city design" that you can shit into a jersey now since they're doing different things every year. They should just cycle through throwbacks and leave it at that.
With a bunch of good ones, you can just do a variation on the theme like how Miami had several slightly different Miami Vice jerseys, or how Denver had three different mountain-skyline-rainbow jerseys. Like there's always a way to make it a little bit different once you've found something that works.
