Not a brit, but steak and chedder pies are delicious. So are scotch eggs.
I think all the hate british food gets is because their most famous dishes are peasant dishes prepared and eat by the lower classes while other countries are known for their haute cuisine made for and eatten by the wealthy.
And what is Britain's haute cuisine?
Peasant food served smaller and more expensive.
Middle class wankers love a tasting menu.
