The Last Epoch subreddit is currently in meltdown mode, seems like this news has kinda ended any potential goodwill and community the devs had grown. Real shame, because it was a cool competitor in the ARPG space, but the last update was incredibly underwhelming. Between that, this, and the fact that they're going to be charging for future expansions, seems p likely they go under in another year.

It just stopped running at all for me (older pc, Linux/bazzite) after this last set of updates. I've been playing since early beta and it's a wonderful alternative to PoE, grim dawn, etc but I won't be playing.
