From Critical Role I'm assuming they're talking about. He was a wizard character in the beginning of campaign one.

I haven't watched or listened to too much, but so far, I really like his character, but I heard he gets kicked out later for being a bad player or something so I'm sure he gets more annoying as it goes on.
