If Pl is loosing then why did they win out with states banning abortion?

Because they forced the balance of the Supreme Court to be a 6-3 conservative majority and overturned stare decisis and Roe for political gain. Basically they saw they can’t win democratically so they used the judiciary to overturn rights that way.
