Hello, all!

I am in the process of building my services website as a solopreneur… I am wondering if I need to make my blog portion a separate website and link the blog to my business website (and vice versa), or if I should have it all rolled into one site?

My blog will cover themes that will resonate with potential clients, but it will serve more to build a portfolio and encourage others, rather than just reveal my expertise in my field. For example, the blog might include an article containing insights from a biography of a great leader, rather than an article about 3 ways leaders market themselves on social media.

I’d love to hear your insights! Thank you in advance for your time!

If your blog is well optimized, it will drive traffic to your website and get you more customers. A friend of mine just recently started adding blog articles to his website (I told him he was crazy for not doing it before) and he's getting more interested visitors - who convert to clients.
