I only have this clip someone posted on twitter. Some people in the crowd and some players were giving the travel sign, such as kentavious caldwell-pope i believe. it's ridiculous that the nba allows this and swallows their whistle. it's so obviously a travel lol. and they cant review? or challenge? what the fuck

It's travel but I wouldn't say it's obvious in real time. Replay and slow mo makes it obvious.
