I had a micro SD card slotted into a carrying spot and the little section at the end with the lip to pull it out of its slot snapped off.

Does anyone know if they still work at that point, or do the electronics go all the way to the end?

Tried to upload a photo, but was running into issues.

Looking at an x-ray photo of an SD card it doesn't look good... You could always try it as long as you have a way to pop it out. Or maybe in another reader?

Wow, they really pack that stuff in there. Truly is amazing that such a tiny little piece of tech is hundreds of MB!

I'll try it in a normal-sized SD carrier card, but I think it's probably toast.

Thanks for those images, super cool!
