Anything will look good as long as you like it. If it bothers you, you can go bigger, but give it some time before you do that and see how the watch feels on hand.

It’s good. Your wrist can take bigger watches, but smaller watches are the trend.

Too small really isn’t a thing. It might be too small for your preference or for the current trend, but small watches have always been a thing. I don’t think they can ever be objectively wrong.
