Michael Jordan's only good decision during his ownership of the team was selling it
NBA - Main
Game analysis, highlights and everything else that is happening in the NBA.
Not getting the name back ? Drafting kemba ? Building hospitals ? His work to get the bathroom bill upturned ?
tldr?
Oh, you thought you had the week off Charlotte fans?
Between this, the Panthers, and Messi potentially obliterating our soccer team tomorrow, it’s been exhausting.
No PTO for them and probably not even a pizza party
I’m tired boss
This isn’t even a big deal lol
Did one of those bricks he's been chucking up all preaseason hit some one?
Has he been struggling?
7.7% from 3
This is why MJ sold the team. He saw what was coming.
Last time Miller was in the news like this he dropped 41 the next day.
This was an obvious move and they have a good chance of winning.
This will never go to trial
Exactly. BM would be insane to let this go to trial and will surely pay out 6-7 figures way before it ever gets close to going to court. Waaaaaaaaaaaay.
I hope it does and they lose.
I remember hearing bout this at the draft
Anyone talking about how Brandon Miller was ‘involved in a murder’ didn’t even read the case. He should not receive any blame for what happened, pretty ridiculous people still say he was involved in a murder
Dude its a losing battle. Because the video evidence is sealed people have to read the long ass article that reporters in the courtroom wrote about the evidence. Do you think people on this sub are going to read this?
https://patch.com/alabama/tuscaloosa/new-evidence-provides-compelling-account-bama-hoops-murder-case
About halfway through this article, you see why he was not charged.
I mean we all knew this was coming, he did transport the murder weapon. Alabama has interesting laws surrounding the situation, it seems like he’ll need to settle
CAN WE GO ONE WEEK PLEASE
They just want a pay check
Malika Andrews gonna feast.
So grateful we got Scoot
Let's see how they pan out before showing your gratitude.
Word on the street is, if the Spurs couldn't get Wemby or Scoot they were gonna trade Miller no matter what.
This is why.
Hornets fans on suicide watch
Why? This won't affect his career at all.
Where is Cedric Johnson? He got his girlfriend killed and won't show his face now.
Gonna be unsuccessful.
Bro I just drafted this dude in fantasy yesterday wtf lol and he’s in my starting lineup.
Curse of the small market.
love how ESPN is working with the NBA and saying ex Alabama star instead of hornets 2nd overall pick. Hornets can't take much more bad press as they do everything they can to make sure lamelo doesn't leave.
hornets supporting women beaters and murderers is not the message the NBA wants to send
Who did he murder? I’ve been out of the loop
As a Hornets fan, it's so tiring to hear nothing but pro-Miller discourse on the hornets sub that it's almost exhausting.
Not to mention he has been extremely underwhelming regardless of his legal issues, but the fact that my team still decided to draft him with it was already a nail in the coffin.
And I'm surprised he even passed the interview stage, because has anyone see his interviews? They really took him in and came out thinkin this was the guy that was going to lead them to success? He has zero leadership, and zero dawg. No wonder this team is cursed.
It honestly surprises me how many people were surprised by this. I'm not saying he's 100% going to be found liable, but there's more than enough questionable decisions he made that night to warrant a deeper dive.
Wait, why was this dude even drafted? It just seems like he is bound to end up in prison.
Cause if you read anything besides headlines, you know that not only is he innocent, most blame will likely go to the deceased’s boyfriend.
Should the Hornets just disband at one time and be replaced by a whole new franchise?
Like c'mon, so much bad luck can't funnel to such a small point in the world.
Feels like every single person that is remotely close to the Hornets franchise will experience some huge shit.
at least you guys got sick ass team colors
Trade him to Toronto for a 2nd rounder. Let them deal with him.
The fun thing about being a Hornets fan is that you can’t even get moral victories
This is r/NBA's Trevor Bauer moment.
Guy is not guilty of any crime, yet redditors have such a hive mind mentality that they can't think clearly enough and see that the facts exonerate him.
Either that or their lives are so miserable that getting karma is more important than speaking the truth.
Of course, there's a reason I would never let someone know I post on reddit. The stereotype about users on here exists for a reason.
Just a cash grab. Girl is dead but they just want money not justice. No respect for them.
Settlement $$$ go brrrrrrrr
“Ex Alabama star” wtf homie is in the NBA
The public sentiment will be an important factor in this case and honestly, suing the new multimillionaire NBA player instead of the most culpable people involved that night is a bad look.
That’s why they didn’t draft scoot! Now it all makes sense!
