Kyrie was better in 2016 than he is now, don't get me wrong he's still an elite scorer but he's not on Luka's level in other areas.

Luka and Kyrie can both get you 30 points a night but Luka can add 10 rebounds and assists to it, Kyrie maybe gets you 5 and 5 on average.

Scoring wise I would say they're fairly similar but Kyrie is nowhere on the rebounding and playmaking.
