Top 5 before playing his first game is extreme but it’s nice to see these two retired “old” guys building up today’s young players instead of the usual, “He could never play back in my day” comments some of them want to shout from the rooftops.

To be clear, he didn’t claim he’s top 5 best player in the league but rather top 5 in terms of pure basketball skill. Two different claims. That’s still bit of a hyperbole but wanted to stress that difference since it’s easy to misinterpret.
Playoffs are a tough goal for this season. I think Pop is gonna have him on minutes restrictions his first year and the west is stacked. However, they should be right in punching distance. Any team misses a star player for a long time out west and you can slot in the spurs. That’s about a reasonable expectation.

He has surprised me with how good he is already but it's crazy to think he's just going to rip thru the league. Zion is super strong which makes him really hard to figure out. This dude is tall but you can still get around him. He's still going to be a problem as he gets better but players are going to figure him out until he does.
KG was the prototype for what guys like Wemby are.
