Recklessly swipe at the ball and hope he takes a half-hearted fade-away?
He did great against Wemby all night, but in this clip I think Wemby flat out lost control of the ball and it screwed up his shot.
He fouled so much all night. Including this shot. I was at the game so I had a slightly different view but i think he would’ve made the fade pretty easily otherwise.
Ya the way that shot came off GW looks like he caught the shooting elbow of Wemby. Maybe that is the way to defend him. Smack the elbow down low where no one sees it and let him shoot. Not a clean way to defend but effective when there’s no call.
Dude. A first year rookie has to learn. This isn't the blue print for guarding Wemby. In 3 years time, grant won't move him an inch.
