I'm disappointed that the article writers decided to reframe it as Anika being "upset" instead of her actual words. Especially since she's also investing in a sequel in the same statement.

Working on an animated series in [current year] is just an insane coin flip. Whether it's WB, Netflix, or Disney, it feels like there's a 50-50 chance it gets canned in production. Yes, I'm still mad that the Bone adaptation got cancelled...
