I love that he got so sick of getting his ass whooped by the Timberwolves after talking shit, so he decided to just not play against them anymore. Sat out the last 4 against them lmao

T-Wolves fan checking in. Dude was a beast, dropped double-doubles like it was taking a breath. Outlet passes were pleasant to watch. At the end of the day, there were a lot of empty stats, but wish him nothing but the best.
Except he still plays very productive minutes. Love Haslem, but after getting bought out/signing with Miami last year, Love has played almost the same number of minutes that Haslem did in Haslem's last 7 years(in 23 games).
Except Haslem 7 years ago was still older than today's Love
He's not bad in short stints. Haslem only played 3 minutes of garbage time once every 4 games for years. Either way I think the bench riding vet has a place
Haslem rarely ever played his last 5 years+ in the league. Love plays every night usually, sometimes starting. It’s not a ton of minutes per game but Love isn’t just riding the bench

Typically when a team loses their best player they tend to be much worse. The nuggets would suck without Jokic too lol. Doesn’t change the fact that the nuggets have the best roster in the NBA. We’ll see tho the magic are much improved maybe they’ll get a play in spot
Good news for the Nuggets is they have a team full of NBA players. You guys have three good players, and a 40 year old Kyle Lowry. Doubt you're going to get as much from your no name players as last year.

I’m for it, “who’s your daddy” directed at the lakers is great because it establishes dominance while reminding Lebron James that he had a deadbeat dad. Fanbases across the league should start chanting “no, don’t shoot” whenever ja morant has the ball just to guck with him.

Was at this game and the chants were WAY LOUDER than what this clip shows. It was an insane moment it felt like all 13000 people in the building had their eyes on Jimmy butler to see how he would react. I would describe it as very tense and hostile it was GREAT

My biggest issue with stars not playing back to backs is the ticket prices. Whenever I go to buy tickets for a game, I’m always looking to see if the opponent or my home team is on the second night of a back to back or not. Cause if they are, I’m not buying until day of if it’s a game I really want to go to.
Injuries happen and that’s part of the game. But if I bought tickets to see this game, I’d be really disappointed to find out Jimmy sat out because of rest. Like, I get they’re doing what’s best for their health in the long run but as someone who doesn’t have a large fund for live sports, shits disappointing.
It’s crazy that when Jimmy said “Skip a team” he meant “Skip every game against them for two full years and counting” lol
