There are casual fans of basketball, and then there are those that played.

We understand the skill gap between literally anyone in the NBA over us. Even the worst rookie will annihilate 99.9% of us.

Dillon Brooks goes out and plays obsessive defense for 30 minutes a night (an eternity) against one of the greatest scorers of all time...and he actually gets blocks and steals. You would have 55 turnovers in these games. Yet he's "bad?". Yeah sure.

Brooks has made himself relevant through playing the tough nosed villain. BR and ESPN etc post him so much. They eat up his outlandish quotes. Props to him for playing the game, at the end of the day the NBA is in the entertainment business and Brooks is well aware how to draw attention, even if it backfires from time to time.

Ngl Brooks is smart doing what he did. He's always in the headlines and will most likely have a decent chance at getting some NBA media role post career.

Quick someone ask him about China.

LeBron was more focused on if those jumpshots were going in than the reporter questions lol.

Also, what is wrong with Dillon Brooks saying "he's ready to lock Lebron up", I would hope all of us would say the same thing whether we have a chance to do it or not.

Don't pull something, NBA hot-take media. Stretch and warm up before you go 120%

LeHumble with the question

[–] Inaynl@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

If you think about it. Brooks would've been perfect fit for the lakers lmao.

[–] Dame2Miami@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I wanna touch LeBron’s beard, it looks so perfectly manicured

[–] CrazyDaylight8@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Lakers should have signed him for real

[–] TroyMatthewJ@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

"King Lebron suggests Dillon Brooks came out while at Oregon. Houston approvs and rewarded him with a contract."

[–] sodasofasolarsora@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

At least Dillon doesn't kick people in the nuts for fun.

[–] gildedtreehouse@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Dude is tracking every shot at that practice during his interview.

[–] AmbitiousFork@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

LeBron is too smart for these stupid questions.

[–] simpledeadwitches@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Shut the fuck up LeGM.
