why are you unable to create accounts on certain lemmy instances (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

i tried creating accounts on lemmy.world and lemmy.tf but a error of captcha incorrect came up even though it was correct

Which captcha do they use ? Maybe they are having an issue

I've also had a friend have a similar issue before.

There definitely needs to be some testing with creating new accounts and UX improvements. And maybe a reporting page so instance admins can be alerted when many accounts are being created and not logged into successfully.
