Im struggling because I only feel like there’s so much time and eating right at the end of the day is hard. With only so many hours in the day (as we all know).

What’s is your guys kryptonite?

It's quite simple. Only one thing actually matters: eating less. It's just the execution is hard, mostly because of habits.

Here is what works for me. Eat three meals with fixed amount of food, just enough to be full. It's ok being hungry between meals. Only water can go in mouth after 6 pm. This strategy also eliminates stress and comfort over eating, and quite healthy too. With this, I am lossing around 5kg per month.

You know what to do. Stop eating garb and start a habit of exercise and health. Go for walks. Do some push ups. Start the habit. Build and get better. Be consist. You can do it. Also you know that’s what you should do.

Time is the kryptonite.

You get so busy that it's easy to cave and eat fast food, or little unhealthy snacks.

I've found that fasting is the best way to go. If you're dieting right, that's enough to lose weight.

I typically do a 16-hour off, 8 hours on intermittent fast, and then every couple of months I'll do a 3 day fast. That makes it easy to lose weight, and easy to stay productive.

I also workout before I start working so I can ensure I get that done no matter what.

I’ve struggled with this for so many years but finally found a solution. I pushed all my morning stuff forward to make sure I go to the gym first before I started work. I bought meal preps to save me from cooking. There’s loads of amazing brands on instagram that could be more local to you.

I think what helped me most was slowly decreasing my intake of overly processed foods and sugars like frozen meals and soda. Then replacing it with more water and raw veggies and fruits like carrots, beets, and blueberries. It’s a bit drastic but made a load of difference. Add in some physical activity if you have the time like walking or some circuit training and the weight comes off even faster.

Walk while you’re on the phone. Walk every chance you get.

Intermittent fasting will help you lose weight. If you can train yourself to only have two meals a day (a large breakfast and late lunch), you will lose the weight. If you get hungry in the evening, have something light like fruit or salad. If you throw cardio into the mix, you will really drop the pounds. Good luck!

For me it's finding a balance that allows me to work hard, without needing constant "boosts" of snacks or caffeine. Also, getting enough sleep, which if not done right, leads to eating more than it is necessary.

Business events with booze and great food mostly.
In the past: mind boggling stress and an f*'ed up sleep schedule.
