A lot of the Kenny deaths we see are different in terms of logic, in the CaF trilogy we see that his mother just rebirths him instantly, but in others he just wakes up in bed without the birthing and rapid growth, yet in others (Cartman joins NAMBLA) his mother’s pregnancy just becomes another Kenny, in season 6 Kenny was just “over there” so he either just reappeared or any of the above

I feel like in post covid specials he’d just wake up in his bed
