1979 omega seamaster quartz. I bought it for £50 from eBay as user thought it was broken because they couldn’t set the minute hand.
Turns out it just uses a weird method for setting the hour hand which involves pressing a button in on the crown to set the time. Bargain find and I love the simplicity of the watch.
Recentley found my late Uncles Certina which appears to be 1957 ish. Going to have it serviced so I can start wearing it.
I have a 1923 Illinois pocketwatch, it still keeps pretty decent time for being 100 years old.
My oldest is an Adidas referees timer I bought when I qualified as a football referee in 1999. It has an analogue face, with digital cutouts for timing the game. I think I paid £65 for it in a 50% off sale. It still runs better than I can! Even though I don't referee now, I should really wear it more often.
Oh what a cool watch to have associated with a good memory. Sounds awesome!
