I think this is one of the very few episodes I never rewatched, it just makes me feel really uncomfortable.

What about how Cartman killed Scott Tenorman's parents in that season 5 episode and then we later found out in a banned episode in season 14 titled 201 we found out that Scott's dad was Eric's real father. That's more disturbing.
The story was but visually for me it’s nothing compared to seeing Lucas jizzing

It wasn’t disturbing, it was a cheap way for Stone and Parker to maintain their “we’re edgy get over it” appeal. It felt like they snorted smarties thinking it was coccaine and needed to fill dead air.
A Woodland Critter Christmas would give it a run for its money.
That episode was uncomfortable but not really disturbing.
