Take this with a grain of salt, but the lugs look thicker than a 126610 (but maybe just the angle), so the older maxi case, and it has the crown between “Swiss” and “Made” which I think was introduced after the retirement of that case. I wouldn’t feel confident calling it fake though without better pictures

I'm convinced at least half of these "is it real or fake" posts are from people making fakes trying to hone their craft/see if their current model can pass a litmus test.
