i was looking for a gmt recently, and felt like a quartz gmt would be a no brainer. could only find quartz watches with the "office" gmt rather than the "travellers" one.

other than casio with their world timer functions, are there any quartz watches that offer the jumping hour function?

Citizen bj7100, bj7000 and others with the same movement.

If you are in the US here is the bj7135 or the bj7007.

I have a Grand Seiko SBGN013 GMT. It’s lost 2 seconds in a year. I think it’s the best GMT on the market. 100 meters water resistance, travelers GMT, 9F quartz, and it’s a strap magnet.
