Nba should have the worst ref relegated to the g league every season (alien.top)

A good idea to keep the referees competitive, would be to get fans to vote the worst ref of the season after every season . Then the league would relegate him to the g league and promote the best g league ref. Like a promotion and relegation system for refs. They would not be able to be bad because they wouldn’t feel safe.

A fan vote = fans just voting for refs they think cost their teams a win.

Pretty sure they do in fact send refs back and forth between the NBA and the G League.
