Honest question: why is it sometimes the clock doesn’t run when you don’t touch it on inbounds and sometimes it does run? Does it not run when there’s less than 2 mins in the quarter or something? I swear I’ve seen players do this when there’s still several minutes on the clock and the clock won’t run.
