Don’t try and automate a space heater. Convenience isn’t worth accidentally burning your house down.
Home Automation
Home automation is the residential extension of building automation.
It is automation of the home, housework or household activity.
Home automation may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, security locks of gates and doors and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security.

Space heater is not a common device type so I doubt you'll get any answers regarding how quiet something is.
Looking around Amazon, Govee is the only company making smart space heaters. So just give them a shot and return it if you don't like it considering they're your only option.
Govee space heaters.
Just got a delonghi radiator from Amazon. It’s silent and I use an ikea smart plug (rated up to 1500W!!!) to turn it off at certain times. Works great.
