People calling for Klay to be benched show how little they understand the Warriors and the history of our success. Klay ended last regular season near great form, granted he had a dud postseason.

He has historically started off slow, but he still a flamethrower. Also the offense still revolves around having 2 elite shooters causing gravity. Klay could be 1/6 on three's, but still probably created enough space for 10+ pts in drives to the lane that us casuals dont' or calculate.

I trust Kerr and the staff to make the right decision on WHEN it is time to bench Klay, but now it is not the time.

I don’t even think most of this is Klay’s fault. Wiggins is kind of directionless out there. He needs to be the second best player on the team… Klay is no longer the number 2 guy. How could anyone ask that of him after the injuries ? Other players need to pull their weight so that klay can have an easier time on offense.

These guys would have 0 rings, no chance of being hall of farmers if not for Steph. Least they can do is do everything in their power to help him keep winning, which includes coming off the bench.
