Im a massage therapist. Where I live we are considered apart of healthcare and included in most major extended health insurance plans. In the clinic im booked out 2 months.

I started my own mobile business where I go to peoples homes. Its set up just like a clinic, i direct bill the patients insurance and they pay the difference since I charge extra for at home service.

What I want to do is connect with local businesses that offer insurance to their employees, connect with gyms or carehomes and do a monthly pop up. This can allow them to sell this as an extra service and I get some solid leads. Plus ill discount my service since I dont have to drive around.

But I assume everyone will want a cut. At my clinic I take home 85% of the hourly rate. This is high for my profession. Not sure how to go about this. Of course for me itd be best if they consider the service itself to be enough without having to give a cut. But this may not be realistic unless I make it exclusive to help them set themselves apart from their competition?

Any suggestions ?
