Best PG finisher around the rim to ever live. Never seen anyone put English on the ball like him.

Depends on how you define it. He's got the most skill finishing, but Rose and Ja are better "finishers." Because of their extreme athleticism, they shoot/shot a crazy % on a ton of attempts.

Also, Tony Parker was insane at the rim and in the paint.
