Doesn’t have to be a city, although that would be the natural answer.

Paris, the most overrated city on Earth.

Your mom's coochie.

(Just kidding.)

India. The sky and sea were brown. Garbage in all places. So pitty and later Egypt so dirty too

It would be the public toilets in Tibet. A big square with ten men shitting in a row. It was also kinda diarrhoea so the splash must have reached the ankles of the neighbours

kathmandu and manila are probably the dirtiest. i’ve been to india but skipped the major cities except bangalore (it was technically a work trip, but i stuck around for several weeks and did some sightseeing). in africa… cairo. in europe… the turkish republic of northern cyprus, if that counts as europe.

Morocco during Eid. So many skinless goats just laying in the street. The stench was horrific

Public restroom off the highway in Morocco. Poo on the walls, on the ceiling, pretty much everywhere but the hole in the ground.

The most dirty place I've visited was a Toi Toi near a huge mountain parking lot. For luck, holding air for a minute is not an issue for me.

An absolutely disgusting toilet at a "bus station" in Dien Bien Phu, Vietnam.

I’ve mostly travelled within Europe. Paris can be absolutely filthy.

I’ve only been to the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Singapore. From my personal experience nothing came close to parts of San Francisco and encampments in the rest of the Bay Area.

FWIW, this is from a few years ago. Tenderloin, Mission, and SOMA are worse now.

“The contamination is ... much greater than communities in Brazil or Kenya or India … I would hope that this is just a short-term type of concern and that we can really get our city to where it should be: a nice clean destination for people who want to come out to the West Coast.”

A truck stop off of an Italian highway after all of the Italian truckers must have gotten the espresso shits
