vince didn’t fall so his was better
NBA - Main
Game analysis, highlights and everything else that is happening in the NBA.
VC's was insanely clean with the perfect landing, but Lebron's was against 2 defenders. I'll give it to VC over Lebron. Both are still very impressive at 38/39.
One was hooking… the other was VC
Jerseys are similar in color/pattern too.
We live in a simulation.
Vince looked better
The uniform colors matching is even stranger.
Goat. Love Lebron too
i hate it when devs reuse animations
Math teachers in shambles
Incredible, but let’s not take away from VC. His rotation and flexibility on this layup was superior to Brons.
I've been told that's a move you unlock after 38
Lebron adds his signature flop at the end
20 yr old Vince carter would've reverse dunked it with two hands
Damn same team too
Thats 180 degrees
Bron takes off facing the free throw line, def a 180. VC might be closer to a 270 at best if he's sideways at takeoff. Neither are 360s tho
Why have people been calling him 39 since the start of season, and he's still 4 weeks away?
Time is a circle
They have reset the matrix.
This is all the proof I need to believe the NBA is scripted like wrestling.
Cool... except Lebron is doing that same move with nearly 20,000 more minutes played than Vince.
Same age, same move, but very very different.
We gotta be living in a simulation.
Vince Carter is the most overrated player in nba history man.
Dude had 3 good years and a good dunk contest then was solid garbage for another 10 years and is hailed as this great player.
Pretty sure Vince can still windmill to this day.
Oh and while they are the same age, that's a different 39 for Lebron in NBA mileage. I get it, you can't compare anyone else to him and say "this guy is in year 21 as well". Just pointing out as I always do how crazy it is what Lebron is doing. Just in awe, really.
This is not the greatest basketball move in the world, no.
This is just a tribute.
Lebrons gotta be sore AF from that one. Gawddamn its nuts what these unicorns can do at their age against the best athletes in the world.
The matrix. It does exist.
Typical LeBron. Always stealing other players moves.
vince carter used to do 360s so effortlessly man i miss watching him play
I’m the sluttiest Bronsexual alive but VC’s looked way better
VC stayed on his feet tho. Therefore vc>lbj
Vince stayed on his feet
I arrest my case!
Vince made it look easy.. not surprised to see lebron rolling around out there.
Difference is LeBron is more built and trying to draw the foul. Carter commits to his plays and believes in himself.
Bron with the off hand
He’s still 38 man for a couple of weeks
Vince didn’t hook his defender AND stuck the landing
Vince -> LeBron
Vince did it better.....
Who slam harder? Onyx or Vince Carter?
So looks like Lebron has a higher vert but Vince's 2 foot vert seems much higher (maybe because of weight) than Lebron's does. Lebron highlight dunks are tomahawk, tomahawk, tomahawk, ad infinitum (i.e. running dunks). Vince is obviously more impressive in-game and dunk contest because of his lift and WINGSPAN.
Lebron is 38 though
VC didn't fall. GOAT.
“Old man moves”
Vince Carter is the biggest underachiever in the history of the NBA.
Half man half a season is the most fitting nickname of all time.
He had all the physical tools Jordan had, and a 3p shot on top of that. I still remember seeing him drop 7 3s in a half, at a time people weren't shooting 3s like today. He was so smooth.
But he never made an all-NBA 1st team, only made one 2nd and one 3rd, when he should have been a perennial MVP candidate.
Both genetic freaks
VC…man, looks so smooth.
I actually assumed I’d like the Lebron one. Impressive it went it. Looks awkward as hell.
Carter really transformed his game as he got older and became an excellent 3 shooter.
Makes it seems like what Lebron did wasn't that impressive.
VC was criminally underrated and under utilized. Had he not been so nice and his career situation been different, he'd easily be in everyone's top 10 if not top 5. His athletic ability and talent was absolutely insane.
