If the Raiders had been playing like they are now they could be a 7-8 win team but it’s also a miracle that they won 3 games under McDaniels

Raiders are simultaneously both better and worse than their record. On one hand I think it’s surprising they won any games under McDaniels but if the team had been playing like they’re playing under Pierce they could have pulled off more than 3 wins.

The NFL is a “what have you done for me lately” league and lately all Bill’s been able to do is have, at best, middling seasons and draft badly
