I just saw a video of someone showing of their kef R3 (non meta) and they had strong woofer excursion (the woofer driver moving in and out). And out of curiosity I checked my R 3 meta and they don’t do that at all. I do hear the bass clearly and pretty strong but almost no visible movement in the woofer.

In the comments of the video he says it is filmed with no slo mo camera mode on iPhone.

I there something wrong with my r3 meta?

I'd like place a few panels on one of my walls to help with sound. However I would also like to hang art pieces instead of the usual sound panels. Would the large art panels (paintings) help in any meaningful manner ? If I place a sound deafening panel behind the art panel, will that help more ?

I'm installing a sound system for a friend's barber shop and the best option I've come up with would be six ceiling mounted speakers. Is there a better way? I'm looking to use a Rockville audio zoner to split the front signals to three separate sources. I'm also concerned about fall-off from long cable runs and ensuring the passive speakers are properly powered, with a strong audio signal. I'm a bit out of my depth here and want to ensure I do this properly.

I was offered this unit for about $300 but I have never heard of this brand.

They said that this is something Best Buy sells for home theaters however I don’t see it on their website (or pretty much any other)

Is this just cheap Chinese system or is it legit?
