Hey y'all, just wondering, for those of you using 2 phones or a "dumb" phone, how does that work exactly ?

I figure, for 80% or so of my time I do not need my s23. So id like to swap my Sim card into a dumb phone for most of the time. However when I travel or other things that I want more computing power in the go, I want to swap it back to my s23.

I'm not sure if this works as seamless as I'm thinking, and also, I only have an esim in my s23 since I changed from Verizon to at&t.I heard I can just walk into at&t and get a physical Sim for free?

Sorry, a little more phone related than privacy related. But I'm trying to get away from Samsung but I'm not ready for a pixel yet. And I don't really want a smartphone all the time anyway.

Depends on your carrier and plan. Even if you swap the SIM, they might lock service to the IMEI. You'd have to check your plan.

You might just open a second line on a pay-as-you-go plan, so that you only pay for it when you use it.
