Looking for a tropical warm place to party and socialize after Christmas , where are other nomads headed ?

I would recommend Brazil. I'm gong there in December and until the carnival. In the meantime I'll visit Argentina, Colombia and Peru.

I keep hearing brazil is very unsafe. Would love to visit, but I dont want to get stabbed for a 200 dollar phone.

I'm into Southern Brazil, city of Florianópolis, it's safe.
