The dial has potentially been repainted at some point, but honestly it’s hard to tell from the low quality of those pictures.
Oddly the cyclops does not magnify either, leading me to believe someone potentially swapped the original acrylic crystal on this for an aftermarket sapphire or mineral glass crystal. The case, bracelet, and movement all appear correct.
If this is yours I would strongly urge you to bring it to a reputable watchmaker to have it assessed. Determining authenticity online can be difficult at times as pictures can mask potential issues.
