Guess this question is going to find out, what successful people have in common?
Doesn't matter if you masturbate, read, work out, are social, wake up early, eat healthy... as long you do the work and do what really moves the needle, it literally doesn't matter what your life looks like. Obviously it helps to improve and the higher you want to go, the more it's necessary to put things in place. But it also depends on you as a person. Some people can do 10M with easy and other people are having a hard time under the same circumstances.
But I truly think that all high achiever has gone trough some kind of trauma or are in some way broken.
Like Gary V said, if you're happy, you won.
