Read his personal motivations linked from the Mullvad article.

Dude pulls hyperboles straight from the far right and anti immigration outlets with a pseudo marxist twist and a disclaimer that he wouldn't want Örebropartiet in power anyway.

Sooo another business owner "libertarian anarchist" (his words) that wants lower taxes and less regulations for businesses and hinting demands of stronger police force and all with a delicate bouquet of racism. For the common good, of course, that just happens to be himself and those he identifies as his people.

I would not be surprised if he turns out be into Thiel-flavoured accelerationism as well.
