[Question] How does Joma Shop stock 'New' Pateks, AP's, Rolexs, etc? (alien.top)

From my understanding, these are brands with long waiting lists that sell through authorised dealers. How do retailers like Joma Shop have 'New' (non-pre-owned) stock, and so much of it, available for immediate delivery?

high-end watch brands don't want overstock of their products as it affects the desirability of the brand(s). these manufacturers offload their overstock through grey dealers.
