Pretending to be one of those red light cameras with a flash. Don't know why cop thought slamming on the brakes was worth that.

Oh gotcha, thanks!

I believe that traffic cameras are designed to not blind you at night. At least in my neck of the woods they are. Meaning that at night the flash is mostly infrared with a small component of visible red light.

A person of few words, I see. While I do applaud your brevity, and I personally believe eloquence to be a superfluous self-gratifying exercise, sometimes bordering masturbation, I do fear that your monosyllabic response to be quite ambiguous.

Pray tell, to what are you saying "no"? Fear not my good person, as I do not request a short essay. But perhaps I could trouble you to expand your reply to include a few more syllables? Maybe even multiple words?

Most traffic light flashes are bright where I am. Also, it's fully legal to do this camera costume thing at least in the US.

Cool. What makes you believe this video was shot in the US? The narrow street, the use of a compact MPV for policing, or that there's a sidewalk?
