Hi,

Wondering how many of you will go back and forth on an idea you have (business or product) and one day think its a great idea and start working towards building it out.. then a short time later be discouraged and think its stupid.. then after a little time passes you're back to thinking its a great idea.

is this normal? how do you deal with this?

I've always been told to "just do it".. just execute on your idea and continue to build it. Ideas are never perfect.. but its difficult when i get in a low spot and think its useless endeavor

I think you need to validate your idea first by talking to the customers. It's really hard to know whether it's a great idea or not by just thinking about it. That said, sometimes, it's really hard to get people's attentions these days. So you probably need to build some sort of PoC to demo to your ICP.
