It's not even "likely". His peak was platoon leader, so 20-40 people at most. He never had a company command and was only a staff officer after that.

He doesn't even have private sector leadership experience like the civilian secdefs we used to have.

Also as far I've heard, he isn't popular with anyone. My brother is active duty and my dad is a veteran and everyone they know thinks Kegsbreath is a moron.
