The Panderverse premise was funny, I enjoyed that, my issue with the episode was Randy's arc. The whole I can't fix anything trope, what happened to "White People Renovating Houses"? He's one of the few people in south park that knows how to do all the construction stuff.

I rewatched that episode. I think at the end they determined cartman mom couldn't get pregnant due her condition so she is actually the father.

yes but that was retconned in episodes 200-201 when it was revealed that>! jack tenorman was actually his dad and the town hid it because the broncos were having a good year and they didn't want a scandal to upset that.!<
