Hi all, I’m looking to purchase my first mechanical watch in the next couple of months and am seriously considering either the Hanhart 417 ES 42mm or Tudor Black Bay Chrono. I really love the reverse panda. The Hanhart is quite a bit cheaper than the Tudor but the Tudor has a few advantages such as 200m water resistance. Which would you choose?

I have the Tudor Panda and I like it, but I would suggest checking the thickness of the Hanhart. The Tudor is a thicker watch, so if the Hanhart has slimmer proportions, it might wear more comfortably and sit better on the wrist.

The Hanhart is 13.3mm vs the 14.6 on the Tudor. Maybe because it’s not an automatic. Gosh so many factors to consider
